Inside Sales Administrator
We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. Your daily job duties include preparing quotes for customers, responding to customer calls and emails, and assist customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries. We prefer candidates who have experience in administrative roles.

Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but demonstrated experience will also be considered.
- Experience as an Inside Sales Administrator or other administrative role.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and written skills with attention to details.

Responsibilities:
- Process formal quotes for sales team.
- Process orders via email and phone.
- Check quotes, orders, and invoices for accuracy.
- Update sales and customer records, including entering sales contacts, information, notes, quotes into company CRM.
- Contact customers to answer customer questions/inquiries as needed. Research and follow up on inquiries that require more in-depth information.
- Provide sales materials to customers.
- Act as the point of contact among employees, customers, and other external partners.
- Manage internal documents with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
- Generate monthly sales reports.
This is an office-based position in Palmetto, FL.

Qualified candidates will work with project managers, applications, hardware & software engineers on designing, specifying, programming and integrating new and existing building management systems. Candidate will also work with technical support & monitoring personnel on ongoing troubleshooting and support. Typically work will occur during normal business hours, however based on a project-to-project basis some after-hours work may be required. Candidates should anticipate that a portion of the time will require travel to customer locations throughout North America.
Responsibilities include
- Specification and design of building management systems based on project requirements
- Configuration and programming of control logic
- Design and commissioning of building control system & layouts within controls software
- Troubleshooting and support of control configuration (new & legacy systems), mechanical, electrical and other controlled equipment
- Development of quotes & proposals, and assistance in developing responses to prospect RFP’s
- Development & documentation of functional specifications
